You Make Me Laugh – August 4, 2013

One of the big reasons I started this blog was for all the crazy, funny things my dogs do that bring a smile to my face or a laugh to my lips.

Sometimes it’s not easy to write a full blog post about it and sometimes I forget to share.

Some posts will be You Make Me Laugh and others will be You Make Me Smile, but they will all be the silly, sweet, funny things Sampson and Delilah do that help make crazy days just a little bit easier.

Sampson and Delilah, when you ran the fence line chasing the donkey, (who could have cared less) you make me laugh.

This video was taken on our recent vacation to the Llama farm (duh, I don’t have donkeys at my house.)  It is not the post I wanted for today, but we continue to experience computer and electronic issues at Stone Manor.  Please bear with me as I’m very far behind in blog reading and commenting.

Have you ever seen a donkey so nonchalant about dogs barking their fool heads off?   Are your dogs silly enough to think they could scare a donkey?

Delilah – You Make Me Laugh – July 21, 2013

Smelly

Rolling Smelly

This is something I wish I could catch on video.  She trots along in the field with her nose to the ground, then suddenly she seems to practically dive into the grass and begins to roll around, carefree and happy.  Once she’s completed her mission, she jumps up and continues on her way.

Her enthusiasm to throw herself into whatever she’s doing is one of the many things I love about Delilah.

Fart

Did you hear that? You're saying it came from ME? Why are you laughing?

Did you hear that? You’re saying it came from ME? Why are you laughing?

 

Believe it or not, I’m actually surprised by her farting, only because I’ve never heard a dog’s fart before.  They are usually the silent (but deadly) kind.  Does your dog fart?  Do you hear it, or are you only aware of it when you smell it?
