You Make Me Laugh – September 4, 2016

September 4, 2016 By Jodi

You make me laugh (or smile), the sweet, funny, loving things my dogs do on a daily basis, that brings a smile to my face, or a laugh to my lips.

Delilah, the way you cannot wait until the Daddy has settled in from work before you are seeking attention from him…

9-4-16

You make me laugh.

Hubby has just gotten home from work and is unpacking his lunch box and Delilah just cannot wait. She shoves her head between his legs, waiting for her rubbies.

How do your dogs greet you when you come home?

What your parents don’t understand, D., is that you ALREADY waited. ALL DAY! Sometimes, my head comes half out the door as soon as Mom opens it an inch. I can’t wait that extra half second for her to step inside.

    Love and licks,
    Cupcake

I think it is sweet she loves him so much. I used to always go upstairs and get my wabbit to bring to Mom. These days, I just race to the door and demand snuggles. Bailie is reserved and waits for Mom to come to her.

Aw, so sweet. Rudy and Rosie greet me as if I’ve been gone a week – with much excitement and squirming. And Rosie, who pretty much is silent all of the time, lets out a few little soft woofs 🙂

She definitely has a unique way of seeking attention! Our crew doesn’t let us in the door until they’ve gotten some attention! Then they run to find a ball, because who doesn’t want to play ball the minute they get home? 🙂

That is too cute! Barley is in her crate when I get home, so usually there’s a lot of banging as her tail hits the side while I walk down the hall 🙂

That is just too sweet!! Callie used to try to hide between my legs if I was in the kitchen during a thunderstorm. The sweet girl nearly toppled me a couple of times, but I didn’t mind. I gave her love and “rubbies” to calm her fears. But until she had that first ACL surgery, she and Shadow were always waiting for us at the front door, tails wagging and toys in their mouths. 😍

That. is. just. too. precious. 😍 Sam will block all manner of passage, all the while bouncing up and down like a pogo stick on steroids. This after me only taking some recycling outside. Dude, I was gone only 11 seconds. Sheesh.

I get the dance of joy from all four dogs and that is just for a trip to the store. They may think I went out hunting and brought back the kill for us all to eat.

How utterly adorably. 😍 Sam will block all manner of passage, all the while bouncing up and down like a pogo stick on steroids. This after I only took some recycling outside. Dude…I was gone only 11 seconds. Sheesh.

My dog simply wags her tail nonstop. And she will wait for me to enter the house, while running about. If i choose to hide in the doorway, she will take a peak, and twitch her head to the side!
