PawNosh Bowls – Advent Calendar Day 3

December 3, 2014 By Jodi

The #Advent4Dogs is a sponsored event. Featured brands have paid for inclusion and/or provided us with their products free of charge.  That said, I’m a genuine fan of these bowls and wouldn’t endorse something I wouldn’t use myself.

You guys, I’m so jelly of all the cool prizes you are able to win through the Advent Calendar for Dogs giveaway.  I have to be honest here. I’ve had my eye on these Pawnosh bowls for a while now.  In fact, I tried to win one from them last year.

Why?

  • First, they’re made in the US, which is a high priority in my books.
  • Second, they’re made from recycled material
  • Third, they are made of glass ( which to the best of my knowledge) has no known toxins to contaminate food.
  • Fourth, look at the amazing colors!  How pretty would that be for your dog’s water or food bowl?  I honestly think I’d want one of each color, I mean how could you choose only one?

Advent Day 3 Are you like me, anxious to get your hands on one of these incredible bowls before the contest ends?  Good news, PawNosh is giving Advent Calendar readers a 10% discount.  Simply use 14ADVENT10 when checking out.  Oh and if you’re interested you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

They look heavy, almost like the glass bowls my grandmothers had when I was a little girl. I wonder if they “sweat” as much as the stainless steel bowls I use for the girls’ water?

They look great. Love the idea that they are made from recycled materials. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
    Best wishes Molly

Those are BEAUTIFUL. We agree… Glass is a Good Material… Easy to Clean and keep Sanitary. We love to recycle.

I haven’t noticed a sweating problem with either Koly or Fe’a bowls. I think it’s because the glass is so thick (1/2″) and there isn’t a ton of heat transfer from one side to the other, like there is with thinner stainless steel or regular glass.

These bowls are gorgeous. That’s the only bummer about co-hosting, that we can’t enter to win these awesome prizes!

I am not comfortable feeding the dogs from glass bowls. I worry they may crack them. I guess my dogs are nuts…lol…but they do push their bowls around.
