We were the lucky recipients of not one, but two contests this past week!  On Monday the Kong treats we won from Life With Desmond came.

There were two little helpers anxiously awaiting the opening of the package.

These treats came at the perfect time because we were getting a bit low. 🙂  Thanks Lauren, Desmond and Kong, the treats are a big hit!

We’re also super excited because we won a Frosty Paws backpack package from our friends at 2 Brown Dawgs blog and it came yesterday!

Hubby and I were both impressed at the quality of this backpack, besides the large insulated main pouch, there are a couple of other pockets with zippers to stash non-food related items, such as bug repellent. It also comes at the perfect time as we will be heading for an adventurous vacation later on this month.

But you guys, wanna see my favorite piece in this pack?  I bet some of you with sharp eyes have already found it.

  7. Oh what fun! Okay, question – my mom has been looking for the perfect water bowl for walking the dog. She has one that she LOVES, but wants one like it for a friend and can’t find it. How do you like the little zip close one? Big enough? Sturdy?

  9. Happy 4th of July! I am so excited, I won two contests too and one was the Frosty Paws backpack from 2 Brown Dawgz. We were totally impressed with it as well. Going to get a post going on it next week but until then we are going to test it out!

  10. Love the pix of Sampson and Delilah!! I’d never get my girls to wear party hats long enough to take a picture! 🙁 Congrats on winning the contests! Looks like a great backpack, but we wouldn’t ever use it, more than likely.
