I’ve heard a lot of people saying 2016 was a shitty year for them. I know, for me personally, it was as well. 2016 was the year I lost my blogging Mojo and I’m still looking for it, I’m hoping 2017 is the year I find it.
In the meantime, I wanted to take a minute to thank you all for hanging in there with me, and wish you the happiest of New Years! May 2017 be 100 times better to you than 2016 was.

Happy New Year and best wishes for a stellar 2017! We have missed you but if you aren’t feeling it, you can’t force it. 2016 was pretty crappy for us except for the arrival of Madison and I guess the blog things went well. We are happy to start fresh today too!

Happy New Year Jodi!! I hope 2017 is a better year for all of us! 2015 was my personal worst in ten years, and 2016 wasn’t any better with so many heartbreaking losses in Blogville. Sending my love and hugs! Shadow & Ducky send puppy kisses! And Callie sends angel kisses!

I understand, you aren’t alone in this. I don’t know where I lost the joy in blogging … I still love making people laugh … it’s just I’ve lost the joy in blogging itself. We’re thankful for new friends … including you. Happy New Year!

Warm wishes for 2017. Selfishly I hope you return with a vengeance, I have missed those pithy and blunt observations of life with your adorable pups and those knuckleheaded DADOs. That said, we all understand having to take a step back and rejuvenate. I, for one, will be looking forward to that time when you return. Happy New Year! π

Happy New Year to you too, Jodi!
Sorry about the mojo thing – we all get the writer’s block every now and then.
I’m sure you’ll make 2017 your year, though! Just like me π

I agree with you, 2016 was not the best year for many people, including myself. However, the best thing to do is to not dwell on the past and move forward with a brighter outlook! For me, New Years is a second chance. And by that I mean a fresh start. Think of opening up a new book, with 365 blank pages and this time you are the author!
Happy New Year, Jodi! And I hope this years journey will be better for you!
Take care,
Lexy
